This was our first time using the Waste Company for junk removal from our rental property. The company made such a great first impression! Gus responded quickly to our questions/requests and was very accommodating.  The clean up went smoothly!  We especially liked that there were notifications about the estimated time of arrival and when they arrived at our unit. We appreciated receiving pictures after the job was completed! Called Gus to take  down a shed that's been on the property for longer the 30 years, and the squirrels toke it over, he didn't hesitate, him and the crew worked very hard, and Gus built me a small fence, so I wouldn't have a problem with people walking on my property, very pleased with the work, I would recommend him to everyone!

Gus gave me a a 2 hour window for when he would arrive to remove my items.  He then proceeded to tell me he was running late and changed the time 3 times before saying he had a flat and wasn’t coming.  Aside from the circumstances surrounding this that made this particular difficult, I would not recommend giving your business to someone who clearly doesn’t respect people’s time.

We hired The Waste Company to remove appliances, a mattress, and a large quantity of meat from a freezer that had unfortunately been left open. Gus was prompt with all communication, on time for the appointment and worked quickly and efficiently to remove everything.
